Freeride Tour Katzenleiter

The freeride tour Katzenleiter leads a huge flow of fans of this sport in Meran 2000, one of the most famous ski resorts of SouthTyrol.

The tour is very beautiful, and should soon be declared freeride tour in South Tyrol.

The tour begins with a cable car up Meran 2000, follow the path number 18 in the woods until Falzeben (slightly above Hafling). From here we follow the path number 50 to get to the top.

The trail is steep, exposed and technically demanding. The tour is recommended for those who already have some experience of freeride. The course requires a lot of concentration and precision, steering and suspension good.

The cableway Meran 2000 makes a run every half hour between 9.00 and 17.00.
