It begins in Göflan, at the bike path; to warm, follow the bike path towards Laas.At the entrance to the village of Lasa turn left toward the Valley of Lasa and abandon this path and follow the signs to Tarnell.
At the first intersection you continue straight on the forestry road . Continuing straight on this road, which rises to Spiesshof, go on until you reach the intersection Wiebenhof.
From here we shall reach the hotel Wiebenhof, then continuing to follow the forest road that coil up at an altitude of 1189 m.
Then descend again into the valley, always follow the forest road until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the farm Lepre (Haslhof) in South Tyrol. Continue on this road until you return to the starting point to Göflan.
